• We will happily exchange or return products within 14 days of original
  purchase.
• All products must be gently used in order to be eligible for return or
  exchange.
• Proof of purchase must be provided in order to process the return. Please
  include your original order slip when returning products.
• To initiate a return, please email our team at info@shopcanadianhaircare.com including your order
  number and reason for return. When your return is approved, we will send you a
  return label.
• All sales items, hot tools, brushes, combs, and hair accessories are final
  sale.
