• Order Processing

    Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours of placement, with a possible delay during weekends and holidays. Please note we are closed Sundays and Mondays, and orders placed during that time will be fulfilled on the Tuesday.

  • Shipping Information

    Our shipping carriers are Canada Post and UPS, and we offer both standard and express shipping options. Tracking information is available with both our carriers, and once your order has been received by the carrier, tracking will indicate an estimated delivery date.


  • How Can I Track My Order?

    Once your order is processed you will receive an email with the order details. Once it has been fulfilled, you will receive an email with your tracking information from the shipping courier.

  • My Order Is Damaged From Shipping...

    Please email us at info@shopcanadianhaircare.com pictures showing the damage to the shipping box and product. We approach damaged product orders with care and flexibility, considering each case individually. We are committed to accommodating these situations to the best of our ability.

  • Where do you ship to?

    We proudly ship our products within Canada and the United States!

  • Do you offer free shipping or shipping discounts?

    We offer free shipping in Canada on orders over $150 before tax! It will automatically apply to your cart.

    At this time, we do not offer free or discoubted shipping to the United States. Shipping rates to the United States are calculated at checkout.

  • Return & Exchange Policy

    We will happily exchange or return products within 14 days of original purchase. All products must be in new or gently used condition in order to be eligible for return or exchange.

    Proof of purchase must be provided in order to process the return. Please include your original order slip when returning products.

    To initiate a return, please email our team at info@shopcanadianhaircare.com including your order number and reason for return. When your return is approved, we will send you a return label. All sales items, hot tools, brushes, combs, and hair accessories are final sale.

  • Help! I placed an order but need to change my shipping information/phone number/etc.

    Please contact us as soon as possible at info@shopcanadianhaircare.ca and we will do our best to update your information. Unfortunately, if an order has already been shipped out we cannot modify the shipping details.

  • My Hot Tool Has Stopped Working...

    Don't worry!

    As long as you keep all product packaging and the warning sticker that comes on the cord, there is a 1-year-warranty on all of our Hot Tools.

    We will gladly refund or replace the tool for you! Just send us an email at info@shopcanadianhaircare.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

    Our entire product range is completely authentic. We receive our products from the brands themselves or certified distributors such as L'oreal Professional. We will never carry counterfeit products.
