Returns & Exchanges
We are committed to offering our customers the best haircare and beauty
products available. We understand there may be instances where a return or
exchange is necessary, and are happy to facilitate this process. Please review
our policies below.
We will happily exchange or return products within 14 days of original
purchase.
All products must be gently used in order to be eligible for return or
exchange.
Proof of purchase must be provided in order to process the return. Please
include your original order slip when returning products.
To initiate a return, please email our team at info@shopcanadianhaircare.com including your order number and reason for return. When your return is approved, we will send you a return label. The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund total, ($16.50 CAD).
All sale items, hot tools, brushes, combs, and hair accessories are final
sale.
